This Disclaimer applies to soleretriever.com, the Sole Retriever mobile apps, our newsletters, and our other services (the "Services"), operated by Sole Retriever LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Everything on the Services is for general information. Release dates, prices, stock levels, raffle details, and retailer information come from brands, retailers, and other sources, and they change often and without notice. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that any information is complete, current, or correct. Always check with the retailer before you buy or enter a raffle.
Resale prices, market data, and price history are shown for information only. They are not financial or investment advice, and past prices do not predict future value. Any decision to buy, hold, or resell a product is your own.
Many links on the Services are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is one of the main ways we keep Sole Retriever free. Commissions do not change the release information we publish.
Some articles are sponsored by or produced in partnership with a brand or retailer. We label sponsored content clearly. Brands sometimes send us products to review, including for Performance Lab. Unless we say otherwise, brands do not pay for reviews or approve what we write, and our opinions are our own.
Sole Retriever is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, New Balance, or any other brand or retailer we cover, unless we clearly say so. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.
We list raffles run by third-party retailers. We do not run those raffles, pick winners, or control how retailers handle your entry or personal information. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
