Mother’s Day is a sneakily underrated sneaker holiday. Beyond just the in-store releases crafted in pink and gold shades for moms, the spring Sunday typically falls in the middle of baseball season and the NBA Playoffs, creating a perfect opportunity for holiday-specific PEs. And if there’s one thing pro athletes are always good for, it’s giving credit to mom.

Over the weekend, Aaron Judge and a handful of Air Jordan’s MLB stars laced up a new pair of Air Jordan 4 Mother’s Day PEs covered in an ornate paisley floral print. In addition to the cleats, the pattern took over all of Judge’s at-plate accessories, including his sleeves, batting gloves, shoe cover, and shin protector. On the shin protector, a Mother’s Day date marker is added in red script to the strap.

As for the cleats, the all-over print design features a white leather base, and then adds flowery decorations like grandma’s plastic-covered couch in green and blue. White accents fill in the side panel netting, the tongue, and the midsole, while a Nike Air logo pops on the heel in red.

No matter how much you love your mom, this pair won’t be available to the public, so don’t get your little league hopes up. To keep up with all the latest MLB PE cleat and sneaker news, download the Sole Retriever App.
