Athletes at the Jordan Brand Classic Got This Exclusive Air Jordan 4 Lakers PE

Young hoopers seem to be getting the best PEs at the moment, as we’ve seen a ton of exclusive colorways made for youth circuits and events in the last few years. For Jordan Brand, the Jordan Brand Classic (JBC) has played host to elite-level talent that would go on to dominate the NBA, like Carmelo Anthony, and it’s also resulted in some equally impressive Jordan PEs.

Last year, attendees not only received exclusive performance models but also a Jordan retro with the Air Jordan 3, and in 2026, those who participated in the JBC in Los Angeles received an exclusive version of the Air Jordan 4 Retro Lakers.

Jordan Brand doesn’t change too much from the retail version of the Air Jordan 4 Lakers for this JBC PE, opting to keep the purple suede upper, black and grey accents, and, of course, the Lakers yellow details on the tongue and heel tab. However, the heel removes the Nike Air logo in favor of a Jumpman and a loud “LA” logo. The materials also look to be a bit more premium compared to the GR release, but that’s a given for limited-run kicks made for special occasions like the Jordan Brand Classic.

Unfortunately, unless you hooped in LA alongside other upcoming basketball prospects, or have the cash to cop on the secondary market, the Air Jordan 4 JBC Lakers PE will be out of reach, as there are no plans for a retail release.
