Jordan Brand is Bringing Air Jordan Packs Back with the Air Jordan 4 Laser in 2027

If you weren’t around for the days when Jordan Brand would bundle together two sneakers and sell them as a pack, don’t worry, neither was this author. A large segment of sneakerheads today hasn't experienced this with retro Air Jordans, but that’s set to change in 2027. Following initial reports of the White Laser and Black Laser Air Jordan 4s coming back, first announced by zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files, House of Heat has reported the pairs will be bundled together in a pack.

Today, with retail prices exceeding $250 in some instances for retro Jordans, it might seem crazy that the brand used to sell packs like the Countdown Packs in 2008 for $310. Well… inflation is catching up, as the reported retail price for the Air Jordan 4 White Laser and Black Lacer together will be $500. The packaging is reportedly going to be the famous MJ face box with room for both colorways. House of Heat is also stating that the pairs will come in an updated shape for “improved comfort.”

If you’re unfamiliar, the Air Jordan 4 Black Laser and White Laser both released in ultra-limited quantities in 2005, and featured laser-etched graphics on the upper. Also released that year was the Air Jordan 20, which also contained a laser graphic on its forefoot strap, something we recently saw with the Air Jordan 4020. The design was created by Nike legend Mark Smith, who would pioneer the laser graphic detail on multiple models across Nike and Jordan Brand.

This isn’t the first time Jordan Brand has revisited the laser detail, as in 2015, it celebrated the 30th anniversary of Jordan with a special Jordan 4 featuring the laser-etched designs, and again in 2019 to commemorate the 30th birthday of the AJ 4 itself.

The Air Jordan 4 Black Laser and White Laser will return as a pack in Spring 2027 via Nike. Expected in ultra-limited quantities, the two-pack will retail for $500.
