BYU Star AJ Dybantsa Adds Another Spider-Man Colorway to his Web of Nike PEs

Nike’s NIL program has brought a renewed focus to college sports from The Swoosh, and, in addition to an endless run of school-specific PE colorways, Beaverton is turning next year’s presumed top NBA draft pick into a leading force in the sneaker market. Nike made Dybantsa a focal point of the Nike GT Future rollout, and before he finishes his freshman year, The Swoosh is bringing him back to hype up the Nike GT Cut 4 as well.

For the BYU-Houston game on Sunday, Nike laced Dybantsa with a PE colorway of the Nike GT Cut 4 with a webslinging Spider-Man theme. The AJ Dybantsa Nike GT Cut 4 Spider-Man PE follows a Nike GT Cut 1 Spider-Verse colorway that Dybantsa broke out last week. This time, the colorway goes classic Spidey with a red lateral side that evolves to black on the heel and the medial side panel, with a web graphics inlayed across the back half of the upper.

Blue Swooshes are added to the side panels and the outsole, with AJ’s personal logo on the heel surrounded by more web graphics. The outsole adds a gradient that shifts from red to black for more Spider-Man suit energy.
