Sometimes, you can improve on a classic. The Puma Suede has been the backbone of the Big Cat’s catalog since the late 1960s, and has remained in the brand’s line for more than half a century. Still, there’s always room to make it better.
The Charles F. Stead x Puma Suede collection doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it does up the ante on the shoe’s namesake material. Teaming up with legendary British leather tannery Charles F. Stead, the latest Puma collab adds butter-soft suede to the uppers in a rainbow of colors, including three spring-ready pairs set to drop for May and three pairs that just dropped in April.

The Pineapple Ice, Rosy Outlook, and Mountain Blue colorways from the Charles F. Stead x Puma Suede collection all feature monochrome uppers with a Frosted Ivory shade of white suede on the side panel Puma stripe logos. The sockliner and midsole on each pair are also white, with a circular Charles F. Stead co-branded suede hangtag to complete the collab. In addition to those colorways, three pairs, Honey Butter, Puma Black, and Orange Glo, just released via Puma.
The second Charles F. Stead x Puma Suede collection will be released May 1, 2026 through Puma and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price on each pair is set at $120. For all the latest Puma collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
