The Japanese animation company responsible for Hello Kitty and the rest of the feline favorite’s family and friends has added Hello Kitty branding to every kind of product possible, and it’s beloved by fans of all ages, even crafting its own exclusive and limited resale market. Now, Hello Kitty is getting yet another sneaker collection, this time from the team at Converse.
The Hello Kitty x Converse Chuck Taylor Collection features six pairs of All-Stars, five classic hi-tops, and one low-top featuring all-over print graphics of the entire Sanrio character family. The Chuck Taylor Hi-Top pairs add two more all-over print colorways covered in Hello Kitty and Friends characters, a Cinnamoroll colorway in light blue, a picnic blanket-printed colorway with a family portrait on the side, and finally, a luxurious Swarovski collab covered in a crystal portrait of Hello Kitty.
The Swarovski pair is the star of the show, bringing Hello Kitty front and center on the side panel with a mix of bejeweled silver, red, black, and gold crystals on the lateral side and red crystals covering the Converse star logo on the medial side All-Star patch.
The Hello Kitty x Converse Collection will be released March 5, 2026 through Converse and select retailers in-store and online. Available in a mix of unisex and children’s sizing, the retail prices span from $47 for toddler pairs of the all-over print BFFs colorway to $355 for the Swarovski collab colorway.
