Don C and BAPE are Dropping a Snakeskin BAPE STA for All-Star Weekend

The NBA All-Star Weekend exclusives keep on popping up like the money ball rack at the Three Point Contest. At the BAPE store in Los Angeles this weekend, one of Chicago’s streetwear OGs, Don C, is tapping into the Mamba Mentality for an exclusive collab, adding snakeskin print to a pair of white BAPE STAs and a capsule of basketball-themed gear.

The DON C x BAPE Collection adds Don C branding to a collection of BAPE star and ape character t-shirts and hoodies, a hat, and clothing drop featuring a shooting warm-up shirt, shorts, and tear-away track pants. In addition to the All-Star Weekend LA in-store drop, the Don C collection stays true to the designer's roots, dropping at the BAPE store in Chicago, as well.

The star of the collection - yes, pun intended - is an all-white leather BAPE STA sneaker with grey and black snakeskin fabric on the side panel star branding. The lookbook for the collection also features two more BAPE shoes, one in black and white and the other in navy blue to match the clothing.
