Fragment Design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara has his hands in every corner of the creative world, including publishing. Fujiwara’s YouTube magazine, Quiet, has been a staple of his creative output since the beginning of the year, and now, as we head into 2026, Quiet is stepping out of the computer into the printed realm, with a debut issue featuring the upcoming fragment x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 collection on the cover.

The Quiet Magazine cover shoot features all three shoes from the collection: a black, white, blue, and red colorway that’s closest to past Union 1s, a black, blue, and white colorway in classic fragment style, and a white and black colorway with subtle blue accents. We’ve already seen the three colorways in a series of previews over the past few months, but this look from Fujiwara himself is the clearest view of the entire collection together yet.

One of the original sneaker boutiques in both LA and New York, Union has since consolidated its presence to Southern California. Since its first collab with Jumpman in 2018, Union LA has become one of Jordan Brand’s most prolific and sought-after collaborators. Alongside frequent triple-collab partner fragment, the upcoming Jordan 1 pack is already one of next year’s most anticipated drops.

The first print issue of Quiet Magazine will hit Japanese retailers on December 22, with the cover of the magazine also previewing a story on Union LA founder Chriss Gibbs, and hopefully, containing more info about the upcoming collab.
