JD Sports is Restocking the Yeezy Slides and Dropping a Blue Colorway

It came as a major surprise to virtually everyone in the footwear world, but Ye, FKA Kanye West, has finally been accepted back into a big box retailer. JD Sports entered an agreement with Yeezy to make them the exclusive retail partner of the brand, and the first drop featuring Yeezy Slides and other models sold out fast. On release morning, all the slides sold out quickly, proving that even after his controversial and abhorrent behavior over the last few years, people still are interested in Ye’s footwear designs. If you missed out on the Yeezy Slides at JD Sports, the retailer has just announced a restock at select stores, including the drop of a new blue colorway of the Yeezy Slides.

In a blog post, JD Sports announced that there are “limited quantities” of the Yeezy Slide YS-01 in blue and other colorways at participating JD locations. Unfortunately, this restock is not extending to online now, but we should get wind of an online drop for more Yeezy Slides in the coming weeks.
