Madhappy wears its smiles on its sleeve. The California streetwear brand is a sun-soaked tribute to happiness, and in a world full of tennis, golf, and skate-influenced clothing companies, it’s refreshing to see a company pin their product on positivity. After kicking off a Converse partnership last year, Madhappy and Chuck Taylor are back together for a major collection of Chuck 70s and Ox dedicated to West Coast chill.

Madhappy co-branding is added in cursive on each pair, with pinstripe interiors, felt patches, and oversized suede Star logo cutouts.

In an editorial shoot debuting the new collab collection, Madhappy tapped musician Gene Gallagher from the band Villanelle, who also happens to be the son of Oasis singer Liam Gallagher. Gallagher’s laid-back rock star energy brings some classic vibes to the collection, even if he refuses to crack a Madhappy smile.

The Madhappy x Converse Summer 2026 Collection will be released May 15, 2026, through Madhappy, Converse, and select retailers in-store and online, with the Graystone colorway of the Chuck 70 Hi available exclusively through Madhappy.
