The ultra-rare Nike Air Force 1 Scarr’s Pizza collab from 2019 is one of the brand’s most iconic AF1 grails, and after rumors of a retro return last year, we’ve got a look at a sample pair that never made it to production.

Posted to Instagram by rare sneaker page Collectors Closet, the 2025 Scarr’s Air Force 1 sample makes clear that there was indeed some plan for a retro return of the friends & family pair. It’s not exactly clear if this was also an F&F redux for a new staff and community, or a thought about bringing it to retail; it’s clear now that the pair will never see the light of day.

Fresh out of the oven in the same white leather and Knicks-accented color scheme as the OG, the 2025 sample trades blue and orange on either side panel Swoosh, with the alternate color around the border. A tan gum sole keeps it classic, and “We Got This” and “Word Is Bond” script on the heel of the sockliner matches the 35 Orchard address on the tongue (a new address compared to the 2019 pair). Lastly, the shop’s phone number is added to the lateral toe in tonal 3M shimmer.
