After getting a look at the PE sneaker collection from the University of Oregon, it might feel like Nike is playing favorites with the hometown teams. And then you get a look at the real PE heat that Nike is making for teenage hoopers in China. Yeah, it’s time to step your game up, Ducks.
The CHBL Nike Basketball 2026 Collection is the latest sneaker pack to come out of the close ties between Beaverton and the Chinese High School Basketball League. This time around, Nike adds a GT Future, GT Cut 4, and Sabrina 3 to the pack, with a loud galaxy theme tying them all together.
By far the standout of the pack is the GT Future, which adds a purple solar system across the entire wavy armored upper, filling in the Swoosh branding and CHBL tongue logo in metallic silver against a black tongue and outsole. Honestly, it might be one of the best GT Future colorways we’ve seen yet. The GT Cut 4 features a star-studded orange, blue, and white space scene on the lateral side that switches to a black hole on the medial side of the split colorway. The Sabrina 3 goes gradient, passing purple and pink back and forth across the entire upper.
The CHBL Nike Basketball 2026 Collection is likely a PE pack made strictly for a select group of high school ballplayers, coaches, and higher-ups in China, but we’ve seen rare CHBL pairs drop before, so there’s always a shot. Unfortunately, if this happens, you’ll need to hit up your Chinese connect, as previous releases have been exclusive to the country.
