Ja Morant is a loyal guy. Sure, trade rumors were swirling earlier this season, and he’s had a few confrontations with the Memphis coaching staff, but at the end of the day, Morant has spent his entire career with the Grizzlies, and currently, there’s no indication he’s going anywhere anytime soon. With that commitment comes plenty of team-specific sneaker colorways from his Nike signature line, just ask his former college squad at Murray State.
The Nike Ja 3 Murray State is the latest colorway from Morant’s signature line, paying tribute to his alma mater. This time, the college colorway arrives in an asymmetrical gradient pair that flips the blue-to-yellow blend upside down from one shoe to the next. After putting together a few Ja 3 PEs for the Murray State team, this pair is dropping for the general public.
Both shoes in the pair start with a tough, reinforced white mesh base across the upper. On the left shoe, the yellow-to-blue gradient goes from top to bottom, starting with sunshine yellow at the lace panel and evolving to a bright blue shade across the midsole. On the right shoe, the colorway is flipped, starting with blue at the lace panel and bleeding into a yellow midsole.
The Nike Ja 3 Murray State will be released March 5, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in a full-family size run, the retail prices are set at $125 (adult), $100 (GS), and $85 (PS). For all the latest Nike Ja news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
