Ja Morant is now a Trail Blazer, and he certainly knows a thing or two about heating up on the court. When he catches on fire, there’s no way to stop him. He can torch opposing defenses with his white-hot first step and set nets on fire with a floater. He’s a walking heat check; if he can’t get to the rim, he can fire off a pass to Dame, who can scorch the net from deep. With that much kindling for the Trail Blazers, it’s only right that he gets his own radar-inspired colorway of the Nike Ja 4.
It’s Like A Heatwave
The colorway kicks off with a variety of deep blues on its diamond-textured textile upper. Flaking the upper are thermal waves radiating like the predator’s vision, which is probably how Ja sees the court as he’s hunting defenders. Brightening the look are bold orange hits on the serrated Swoosh on the lateral side and the black-trimmed A-shaped midfoot shank.
Those hits carry over to the medial side with the shank on the opposite side and the smaller embroidered Swoosh. Anchoring the look are hints of black on the tongue and outsole that allow the heat map graphic to shine to the fullest. Additional details include a highlight blue Ja chevron logo on the tongue and orange lined laces matching the A shape finish off the look.
