LeBron James has been dominating the NBA longer than most of this spring’s undergraduate college grads have been alive, but not all of his iconic moments have come in the league. As Nike continues to roll out 23 colorways of the LeBron 23, celebrating highlight moments from his 23-year career, the latest pair is yet another callback to The King’s Olympic greatness.

The Nike LeBron 23 Old Glory is a replica of LeBron’s cream, red, and blue Polo Ralph Lauren suit that he and the rest of the American Olympians wore during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Games, when LeBron served as flag bearer aboard a ship cruising down the Seine River in Paris.

Matching the Polo suit, the LeBron 23 Old Glory features a cream upper across both the Crown-shaped armored panel and the herringbone pattern fabric above it. The red and blue flag-themed accent striping is added between the panels in thick embroidery. Gold branding accents and an icy blue sole underfoot round it all out.
