LeBron James Unveils the Nike LeBron 24, the Lightest LeBron Shoe Ever

LeBron is feeling weightless. The King has made what he’s calling his last career decision, ditching LA for Philly to join a superteam that won’t rely on him carrying the daily load. That ease of life at the start of the season is carrying over into his entire life, with lightness hitting his Nike line as well.

The King is Back

After a few hard-to-see images during on-court workouts, the King finally debuted the new Nike LeBron 24 this week, calling it the lightest Nike LeBron model yet. Carrying over the crown-shaped structure from the LeBron 23, the new silhouette is made of a brand-new breathable tough KingKnit structure with wide holes throughout the upper, and a crown shape tracing the midsole, lace panel, and sockliner.

Arriving in a Sixers-friendly blue and black colorway, the LeBron 24 hits the eye with a flood of new technology, looking like a hammock or fishing net across the entire upper. On the debut pair, black is added to the crown-shaped structure, with a gold crown graphic on the tongue.
