Number (N)ine by Takahiro Miyashita are Dropping a Nine Pair Timberland Collab at a Tokyo Pop-Up

Timberland’s latest collab is one of the most exclusive drops we’ve seen in a long time. To celebrate the brand’s upcoming pop-up store at Tokyo’s GINZA SIX shopping center, the boot label is teaming up with designer Takahiro Miyashita’s label Number (N)ine for a nine-pair collab drop. Yes, you read that right, the shoe will release in just nine pairs.

Nine by Nine

The Number (N)ine x Timberland 6-Inch Boot is a pitch-black pair of weatherproof boots with Number (N)ine’s gothic sensibilities. The pair features a custom zipper running down the middle of the tongue cover, with panels on either side adding boat shoe-style laces that weave up the ankle ot a noose-style loop at the top.

Number (N)ine branding is added to the zipper tab, with a classic Timberland tree at the heel, and a black leather ankle collar completes the classic 6-Inch Boot vibe. The black makes the pair blend in, but with only nine ever made available for sale, they’re hard to beat on exclusivity.

Number (N)ine x Timberland 6-Inch Boot Release Details

The Number (N)ine x Timberland 6-Inch Boot will be released at the opening of the Timberland pop-up at GINZA SIX in Tokyo, Japan on October 1, 2026. If you show up and see more than nine people in line though, you’re likely out of luck. Available in a tiny size run, the retail price is set at ¥99,000 (approx. $630).
