Indiana Pacers Assistant Coach Isaac Yacob Gets a Puma Hali 1 PE

As Tyrese prepares to return to the court after a tragic injury in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals, he’s celebrating one of his closest compatriots and the hardest worker with a PE. Isaac Yacob, Indiana Pacers assistant coach, is getting his own colorway of the Puma Hali 1 that pays homage to Carson, California.

Puma Hali 1 IY Details

The silhouette consists of a quilted base dressed in a gradient of blue, pink, and ending with orange at the toe to emulate the sunsets of Yacob’s hometown of LA. The breathable mesh base is supported by a translucent TPU cage anchored by a black puffed-up Big Cat logo on the heel. The gradient carries over to the NITRO midsole filled with organic swirling shapes. The shape draws from Bembury’s own fingerprint and serves as a hallmark of sorts, appearing throughout his designs.

Graphic insoles featuring Carson’s slogan of “Future Unlimited” and the Eritrean flag as a nod to his immigrant parents add even more of a personal touch to the rare pair. Grounding the gradient are black details on the tongue and sockliner, while a black outsole finishes the look.
