Tyrese Haliburton Debuts the Puma Hali 2 at Pacers Media Day

The modern NBA is full of sharpshooters and clutch performers, but two years ago, Tyrese Haliburton put himself in the history books with a scorching hot series of last-second shots to knock the Knicks out of the playoffs. Of course, Haliburton’s miracle run was cut short by injury, and the Knicks rebounded with a championship this past June, but that hasn’t changed Hali’s incendiary reputation.

New Pumas for the Most Valuable Pacer

After kicking off his injury return tour with two Pacers colorways in monochrome gold and two-tone navy and gold, Haliburton’s latest signature sneaker preview switches to a whole new silhouette. Haliburton showed up at Indiana Pacers media day with the new shoes in hand, lacing up a blue, yellow, and orange colorway covered in wavy cut-outs across the upper in more instantly recognizable Salehe Bembury design style.

Less than a day after Haliburton previewed the upcoming Hali 2 in a heat map-style social media photo with a black bar covering his feet, Haliburton is now ready to show the world his new shoe. Starting with an orangish-yellow base, the debut colorway adds a blue overlay, with mesh underneath on the cut-outs and bright yellow on the tongue and laces. The midsole adds more color, with an orange-to-yellow gradient from heel to toe. Last but not least, an icy blue outsole sits underneath.
