The energy in New York City for the new NBA season is electric, as the New York Knicks will be celebrating their Finals victory tonight ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season tip-off with the traditional ring ceremony. We’ll see players, coaching staff, and more celebrating their hard-fought journey to hoist the Larry O’Brien, so you know the footwear will have to be correct. While Nike and Foot Locker took the opportunity to release Jalen Brunson’s Kobe 3 Low Protro Arancia PE earlier this morning, Skechers will be giving its star player on the Knicks, OG Anunoby, a special pair to rock during the festivities.
Skechers SKX Nexus OG Anunoby Ring Night PE Details
Unlike his iconic blue and orange SKX Nexus PE, which OG will be lacing up once it's time for tip-off, this Ring Ceremony colorway was created for Anunoby to celebrate his second NBA ring. The silhouette features a crisp white mesh upper that is accented by pops of gold throughout the design.
This includes the toecap, Skechers “S” logo, sockliner, eyelets, and the heel counter. OG’s logo even gets the gilded treatment, while his signature is added to the heel tab. The nods to the ring continue once you get inside the shoe, as the insole carries a custom championship ring graphic. Finishing the player-exclusive sneaker is the golden foam midsole and a gum rubber outsole.

Unfortunately, OG Anunoby’s Skechers SKX Nexus Ring Night PE is not getting a retail release, as the pair was created specifically for OG to celebrate his latest NBA ring. However, the blue and orange colorway he wore during the iconic tip-in in Game 4 is available now at Extra Butter.
