When artist Sterling Ruby’s SR STUDIO LA. CA got together with Vans OTW (formerly Vans Vault) at the beginning of 2024, it was a breath of fresh air from the SoCal skate brand’s artistic side. After putting together a pack of highlighter colored Sk8-His, they came back this year with two packs of yellow splattered silhouettes, a skate-ready pack of Authentics and Old Skools, and a recently debuted Future Clog. Now, as the year rounds out, the two brands are back with another collection of avant-garde footwear, including more multi-part molded clogs and an all-new take on the Authentic.
Sterling Ruby's S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA x OTW by Vans December 2025 collection is a wide-ranging pack of classics and futuristic new models. Starting with the OGs, there’s a pair of Authentics with a full upper of small yellow and black checkerboard with SR STUDIO branding wrapping around the midsole and on the laces. The two Future Clogs from the pack bring future-forward monochrome to the molded slip-ons, with a green and grey pair each featuring a matching inner bootie and massive, chunky outer clog.
The star of the new collection is the latest all-new silhouette from the SR STUDIO LA. CA team, the Authentic Prima. Starting with a regular Authentic shape, the shoe is warped and twisted into a slim, low-profile ballet-style silhouette with a large rubber toecap. The new silhouette debuts in a triple-white colorway for a clean introduction to the world.
The S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA x OTW by Vans December 2025 collection will be released December 16, 2025 through Vans and select retailers in-store and online.
