The Nike SB Dunk hype has waned a bit from its peak at the beginning of the decade, but as The Swoosh’s skate line finds new life with the debut of the SB Air Force 1, the brand is quietly dropping a run of solid Dunks that are once again selling out fast. Following the Dashawn Jordans and Thai Food drops, Nike SB is back with a summer sequel to its San Francisco public transportation pack.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Muni Fast Pass Lightning is the second colorway designed to look like San Francisco’s old-school subway passes. Split in half lengthwise with a two-tone color combo to match the rainbow of multi-color fare cards, the Lightning pair should be familiar to anyone who spent time on the N or the T back in the day, adding bright teal to the front half, yellow to the back half.
Like the first pair in orange and brown, the Lightning colorway also features a shiny silver Swoosh on the side panels to represent the middle strip of the SF Fast Pass. Teal laces match the front half of the colorway, and a mix of greys is added to the midsole and tongue tag.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Muni Lightning will be released May 1, 2026 through select Nike SB retailers in-store and online. No Nike release has been confirmed at this time.
