Awake NY’s upcoming Air Jordan 6 capsule has been anticipated for over a year at this point, and we’re finally on the cusp of having a chance to cop the collection. This weekend will see multiple opportunities to secure the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 in Bubblegum Pink and Blueberry.
Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 Design Details
Both pairs of Awake NY AJ 6s feature upgraded materials inspired by luxury goods, including Saffiano leather, which is often found on Prada wallets. This premium leather is found on the midfoot overlay and heel overlay, while we see a high-quality nubuck suede present on the toe and base of the midfoot.
Branding for Awake NY is added on the heel, with the label’s name replacing the “AIR” text typically found below the Nike and Swoosh logo. There’s also an Awake “A” logo placed near the midfoot panel. Accenting shades of infrared nod to the iconic OG Air Jordan 6 Infrared, which recently came back at the start of the year in a new Salesman Sample version.
Where to Buy the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 Collection
The Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 in the Bubblegum Pink and Blueberry colorways will be released via Awake NY on August 23, 2026. Both pairs will be released via an EQL raffle, with the raffle only open for a few hours. A wider release for the Blueberry colorway is expected on August 29, 2026 via select retailers and possibly Nike SNKRS.
There is also an in-person raffle you can enter if you attend Awake NY’s park jam event at Seward Park on the Lower East Side of NYC. The original date was Saturday, August 22, but it has been postponed due to the weather to August 24.
Which Pair is Exclusive to Awake NY?
Awake NY founder Angelo Baque has stated that the Bubblegum Pink colorway will be exclusive to Awake NY. That means you’ll only have one opportunity to try and purchase the pair via the EQL raffle.
EQL Raffle Info for the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6
The EQL raffle for the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 in Bubblegum Pink and Blueberry will go live at 10 AM EDT on August 23, 2026. There will be multiple raffles you can enter, including online delivery for the Bubblegum and Blueberry AJ6s and in-store pickup for the Bubblegum. There will be no in-store pickup available for the Blueberry rendition. Pickup will begin on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 10 AM EDT.
Awake has shared that the raffles will close on the same day, so expect to only have a few hours, if that, to enter for a chance to secure the shoes. Winners will be notified by email on Sunday night, and worldwide shipping is available.
Stock Numbers for the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 Colorways
According to Sneaker News, the Awake NY x Air Jordan 6 is going to be quite limited. The Bubblegum Pink, which is exclusive to Awake NY, is limited to 10,000 units, while the Blueberry pair is limited to 25,000.
