The longstanding collaboration between the Japanese streetwear brand A BATHING APE and adidas is continuing with a track-ready silhouette in the adidas Adizero EVO SL. Following a collection inspired by the 90s World Cup, BAPE and adidas are bringing the stars to the starting line.
As the lines between fashion and running begin to blur, adidas has tapped the iconic brand to help elevate the popular silhouette amongst the crowded running arena. And what’s the best way to stand out? Camouflage, of course.

The BAPE x adidas Adizero Evo SL goes for a mismatched look across the pairs. Both feature a breathable mesh base for ventilation, but the left sneaker opts for pink accents, whereas the right sneaker features a sky blue color. BAPE’s signature camo print highlights the laces and sockliner across both sneakers. The true differences come in the branding. Both feature adidas and BAPE co-branding, but with altered implementation.
The left sneaker puts adidas at the forefront, with the Three Stripes prominently on the lateral side in matching pink and BAPE’s Shooting Star logo gilded on the medial side. The adidas heavy sneaker is completed with a trefoil logo on the heel and “BATHING APE” written in pink katakana on the Lightstrike midsole. The right sneaker gives it a more BAPE-focused treatment. The lateral side uses a blue star logo while the medial dresses the stripes in gold. The APE head logo on the heel and English A BATHING APE branding on the midsole complete the look.
The BAPE x adidas Adizero Evo SL is expected to be released in June 2026 via A BATHING APE, adidas, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $200. For all the latest news and release info in the world of sneakers and streetwear, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
