2025 marks the 35th anniversary of the adults-are-dumber-than-children Hollywood classic Home Alone. To celebrate the occasion, adidas is re-upping a licensed collab from a couple of years back on a new pair of Grand Courts.
The Home Alone x adidas Grand Court keeps the same cream and red colorway that Macaulay Culkin’s Kevin McCallister character wore in the original film. This time, the sneaker is covered in references to specific booby traps left for the Wet Bandits as they try to burglarize the McCallisters’ suburban Chicago home. Adding an iron print on the heel, oil slicks on the Three Stripes logo, and a fire extinguisher on the heel, the tongue brings it all together with small icons of a feather, iron, fan, and more. To complete the collab, the Home Alone logo is added to the lateral heel.
