Pharrell Williams teased his viral adidas Adistar Jellyfish during Paris Fashion Week, and fans instantly were drawn to the bulky mesh runner. Williams and adidas finally launched the sneaker on August 23, 2025, with the OG Orange colorway selling out instantly and garnering massive premiums on the aftermarket. The silhouette itself is inspired by the adidas Adistar Cushion 3, but Pharrell enlarges the paneling and sole unit and adds his own details throughout. Retail for the sneaker is set at $300
The Pharrell Williams x adidas Adistar Jellyfish is one of the most popular new adidas sneakers in a long time. Pharrell took inspiration from the vintage adidas Adistar Cushion 3, but enlarged the shoe in a similar vein to the Balenciaga Triple S. A chunky midsole with adiPRENE+ cushioning pairs with the wide upper, which itself features protruding panels giving it a three-dimensional appearance. Following the original Orange colorway, Pharrell and adidas gave the sneaker a handful of makeovers, including a Royal Blue, Triple Black, and Green.
