Jordan Release Calendar

Earlier this year, adidas officially entered the flat sneaker race with the Stan Smith Lo Pro. A low profile spin on the legendary shoe, it quickly became one of the most popular styles in the German giant’s repertoire. Now, for its first-ever collaboration, adidas has tapped legendary Japanese designer Hommyo Hidefumi for the atmos Pink x adidas Stan Smith Lo Pro – and here’s everything you need to know.
Unlike every other Stan Smith Lo Pro currently on shelves, the Tokyo institution’s version features a Core Black fabric upper adorned with subtle floral detailing throughout. Delicate Footwear White dots form the traditional Three Stripe branding along the lateral and medial sides, while a handful of cute lace flowers are stitched throughout, adding texture and dimension to the otherwise understated palette. The floral lace embellishments echo a design move popularized by Danish designer Cecilie Bahnsen in her ASICS collab two years ago – and now, it’s finally arrived at adidas.

Adam Cheung is a writer and editor who specialises in sneakers and streetwear. Over the past few years, he's curated features and guides for everyone from Burberry to Nike. Often travelling between the UK and Hong Kong, don't be too surprised if you find Adam anywhere else around the world taking street photography or feasting on the local delicacies.
Of course, no conversation about the Stan Smith Lo Pro is complete without giving the ultra-slim sole its, well, flowers. Sleek and streamlined, it offers wearers a more grounded, close-to-the-floor feel. The kicks are then finished with co-branded insoles and a “Designed in Japan” label that nods to the special collab’s roots.
While the atmos Pink x adidas Stan Smith Lo Pro Black is the first collaboration on this low profile silhouette, it certainly won’t be the last. Scheduled to release sometime in 2025 via atmos, adidas, and select retailers both online and in-store, it will be available in women’s sizing. According to our sources, these will apparently be extremely limited, so make sure you download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
