Fall is about getting back to the basics. Simple jeans or slacks, dark-colored sweaters and hoodies, and a jacket that can be worn every day until the weather adds or subtracts a few degrees too many. At Copenhagen sneaker boutique Naked, dependable seasonal style is a welcome sight, especially with the perfect sneaker to match.
The Naked Copenhagen x Asics Gel-Cumulus 16 is the latest collab from the venerable retailer, following a year full of partnerships with the likes of Nike, adidas, and Salomon. Taking on the 2014 model in classic wide white mesh with silver overlays, red accents, and brown leather detailing, the pair adds two sets of laces, one in pale pink and the other in deep red. Made to match with everything in your closet, the new collab is designed to be an easy pick next to the door.

“The palette draws inspiration from the Nordic sky just before nightfall, as the warmth of the day starts to disappear, the air gets cooler, and the sky suddenly becomes the main event,” Naked wrote about the colorway. “It’s the season for office days turning into evening plans, and quick catchups becoming full debriefs. For showing up for your friends, even if you’re still sending “leaving now” texts from your bedroom. At least the shoes are sorted.”
The Naked Copenhagen x Asics Gel-Cumulus 16 will be released September 18, 2026, through Naked CPH, Asics, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $170. To keep up with all the latest Asics collab news and drops, download the Sole Retriever App.
