When it comes to licensed products, Star Wars is the OG. From lunch boxes and action figures, life-sized light sabers and plenty of sneaker collabs with brands like adidas, plus one unauthorized grail from Nike SB, Star Wars is one of pop culture’s biggest fandoms and collector communities. Of course, when it comes to modern licensing, one brand stands above the rest, so it’s only right that Crocs connects with Lucasfilm for an R2-D2 clog.
The Star Wars x Crocs Classic Clog R2-D2 takes the blue and white droid from the original 1970s films and turns it into a clog, starting with white hardware and adding blue graphics with one red dot just like everyone’s favorite droid (yeah, we said it, C-3PO). The R2 graphics continue throughout the shoe onto the midsole, with antennas sticking off the lateral side strap hardware.
This isn’t the first time Crocs has teamed up with Star Wars to bring a character to life on the top of a Clog, with fur-lined Chewbacca clogs, Baby Yoda clogs, and Darth Vader slides. Crocs has typically tackled licensing deals in packs, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see a C-3PO or BB8 Crocs colorway pop up soon.
The Star Wars x Crocs Classic Clog R2-D2 was released early at Finish Line on October 7, 2025, but will see a global release on October 29, 2025 through Crocs and select retailers in-store and online.
