John Elliott has always been able to blend a minimal, fashion-forward aesthetic with sports utility to carve out his own unique niche. And after a two-year break from the demands of the fashion world, Elliott hasn’t lost a step. His latest sneaker collab is a new pair in partnership with Hoka, adding inspiration from his San Francisco Bay Area roots to the Rocket X 3 silhouette.
The John Elliott x Hoka Rocket X 3 features a full cover of wooded camouflage but with a distinctly Bay Area twist. Evoking memories of San Francisco’s famous fog, the shoe adds a cloudy, abstracting cover that makes you look twice to find the camo. Talk about incognito.

Branding on the shoe is done in a two-tone mix, adding a tan shade of light brown and olive green. John Elliott co-branding is added to the insole and outsole of the colorway for a predictably minimal look.
The John Elliott x Hoka Rocket X 3 is available now through John Elliott, Hoka, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $260. For all the latest Hoka collab news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
