The timeless pieces of culture always extend past their initial audience. Much like the Air Force 1 moved from the hardwood to the halfpipe, the Air Jordan 1 has found itself in a myriad of reinventions. Outside of its legacy on the court, the Air Jordan 1 has spread its wings and landed on the green as a golf shoe.
The Jordan 1 Low has been a golf shoe before, but this new iteration features a retooled midsole and removable spikes that allow the shoe to go from the course to the club. Now, Jordan Brand is bringing back a colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High OG released during the 2017 NBA All-Star weekend for the links.
This golf version of the AJ 1 Low mimics the 2017 All-Star colorway closely, starting with a white leather base that shows up on the side panels. The eyestay, toe cap, and Swoosh get overlaid with a smooth black leather. The colorway draws its chameleon namesake from the iridescent hits on the toe box and heel counter that add a color-shifting sheen to the silhouette.
Accenting the metallic material is a flash of teal that makes up the tongue tag and outsole. The model reinterpolates the midsole and outsole from the Jordan Nu Retro 1 Golf to give the classic model a new life on the green. Finishing off the look is the Jordan Wings logo stamped on the heel in black.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Chameleon releases Fall 2026 via Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $175. For all the latest news in the world of streetwear and sneakers, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
