Of course, nearly all of the most iconic NBA moments to occur in pairs of Air Jordans were performed by the man himself, Michael Jordan, but if we had to pick a second hooper known for his work in Js, it’s gotta be Ray Allen. From Milwaukee to Boston and down to Miami, the real-life Jesus Shuttlesworth has been a focal point of the Jordan Brand since he first stepped into the league.
The latest Air Jordan 12 Retro colorway gives Allen his flowers indirectly, adding a Milwaukee Bucks color combo to the shoe in a clear reference to Allen’s years in Wisconsin. Starting with a nearly identical make-up to Allen’s PE pair of 12s from his playing days, the new pair adds hits of iridescent metallic blue for a splash of Milwaukee’s lakeside vibes.
The Air Jordan 12 Retro Bucks starts with a perfect match for Milwaukee’s home jerseys, adding green reptile print to the protective paneling on the lateral sides, with plush white leather covering the rest of the upper, and black stitching adding texture. Bucks purple is added on the branding in the middle of the tongue and the heel, with metallic blue added on the top two lace loops and Jordan branding on the midfoot stabilizer.
The Air Jordan 12 Retro Bucks will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers in-store and online. Available in full family sizing, retail prices are set at $215 (adult), $155 (GS), $95 (PS), and $80 (TD). For all the latest Air Jordan news and release info, download the Sole Retriever App.
