Jordan Release Calendar

You’ve seen Jordan’s Black Cat 4, but what about the Black Horse 6?
Kicking off the 35th anniversary year of the Air Jordan 6, the Jumpman team is bringing a full mane of black pony hair to the low-top version of Jordan’s sixth silhouette for a colorway that fits in perfectly with the brand’s recent Year of the Horse Lunar New Year collection.
After popping up on the Jordan catalog back in Summer 2025, we’ve finally got official photos of the upcoming women’s exclusive Air Jordan 6 Retro Low Black, and it’s more luxurious than we could have imagined. Taking the expected triple-black monochrome route on the upper, the shoe drapes faux pony hair across every panel except the tongue. The midsole is black to match, with silver accents in the forefoot and heel on top of translucent hits underfoot. An icy blue lace toggle brings it all together.

Following a major anniversary year in 2025, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 and the brand altogether, the Jumpman is looking to keep the birthday hype going with a renewed focus on the Jordan 6 this year. If this is the start of a flood of 6s, it’s more than a solid start.
The Air Jordan 6 Retro Low Black will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $205. For all the latest Air Jordan news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
