Jordan might not have worn this pair on the court, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worthy of its own retro return. As the Jumpman continues to bring back pairs from the first era of Jordan retros in the 2000s, the latest pair jumps ahead to a later era of retros, bringing a 2019 pair back for its own retro cycle.
The Air Jordan 9 Retro White Gym Red combines classic Bulls colors in white leather and Gym Red patent, for a perfect mix of clean matte base and shiny border accents. We’re still waiting on images of the new retro pair, but since the OG is less than 10 years old, we still have pretty clear pictures from the colorway’s last trip to retail.

Featuring white leather on the toebox and quilted panel sides, the mesh tongue and laces keep the same crisp and clean white base. The shiny Gym Red patent runs from the front of the toe, around the lower section of the side panels, up the entire heel, and onto the top of the tongue. Lastly, hits of black are added on the eyelets, and Jordan branding on the tongue and midsole.
According to Sneaker Market RO, the Air Jordan 9 Retro White Gym Red will be released Summer 2027, through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $215. For all the latest Jordan news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
