James Whitner’s The Whitaker Group has been a staple across the South’s retail sneaker landscape for years now, with a series of individual boutiques dedicated to serving every faction of the sneaker community, and adding frequent collabs at every level. For its latest partnership, The Whitaker Group is linking back with Jordan for a colorway tied to the brand’s women’s-exclusive shop, JAIDE.
Jade for JAIDE
The JAIDE x Air Jordan 11 Retro Low was debuted in an on-foot video from Whitaker himself, who noted that the colorway story would be revealed later through some JAIDE-specific marketing initiatives. In the meantime, Whitaker showed off the monochrome jade green pair that perfectly fits with the shop’s name.
Featuring a full foot of radiating light greenish blue, the low-top Air Jordan 11 keeps the silhouette’s classic patent leather makeup on the toebox and adds the same jade color on the plush leather that covers the rest of the upper, as well as the laces, tongue, and a translucent version of the color on the outsole. JAIDE’s logo is found on the right heel of the shoe, while the left keeps the “23” found on most pairs of AJ 11s.

The JAIDE x Air Jordan 11 Retro Low will be released September 18, 2026 through JAIDE and the rest of The Whitaker Group’s retail arms, in-store and online.
