Tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz is just like you. He posts Instagram dumps with slides full of his daily meals and fun with friends. He eats In-N-Out, he golfs, he eats paella, he gets tattooed, stargazes, and golfs some more. He also shows off a daily rotation of never-before-seen Jordans alongside a dozen pairs of absolute heat. Okay, maybe he’s not that much like you after all.
Alcaraz posted an Instagram slideshow on Monday that included a picture of his latest sneaker pick-ups from his Nike family, including pairs of the Nike SB Dunk Costco, Kobe Air Force 1s, the entire Levi’s x Air Jordan 3 collection, Lakers 4s, and plenty more. The star of the show, though, is a sneak preview of the upcoming Air Jordan 3 Retro Brazil, seen for the first time in Alcaraz’s collection.
Sent to Alcaraz just as Jordan announced a long-term deal with the Brazilian Football Confederation, the upcoming Air Jordan 3 colorway is covered in shades of blue leather across the upper with bright pink on the ankle collar, yellow on the midsole, and green on the Nike Air heel branding. Inside the sneaker, references to Brazil are embrodiered on the reverse of the tongue, with five stars (representing their World Cup wins) on the left and "Brasil" on the right.
