The latest performance runner with limited release numbers and high-fashion co-branding comes from Dover Street Market and New Balance, who got together on a pair of FuelCell SC Elite V5s in deep shades of purple and black with subtle nods to the DSM logo on the toebox and co-branding on the tongue and insoles.
Starting from the ground up, the shoe’s super-stacked FuelCell rocker sole is black to match the side panel “N” logo, the tongue, and the laces. On the tough mesh upper, a mix of dark plum purple shades mingle, with a triangle protruding out into the toebox from the vamp, just like the top of the Dover Street Market logo. DSM logos are added to the left tongue and right insole, while NB logos alternate on the right tongue and left insole.
