If you ask us, the Nike SB Air Force 1 is the biggest remixed silhouette hit that The Swoosh’s skateboard department has had since it turned the Dunk and Blazer into skate shoes. After introducing the souped-up Forces with a Light Orewood Brown colorway reminiscent of Linens, we’ve been seeing a steady run of sample previews of upcoming pairs, including a chocolate brown suede colorway with black accents.
Posted by IG user @sbobsessor, the sample pair gives us a close-up of the same colorway that Nike SB team riders have been wearing for months on SB’s Creased tour and in the accompanying skate video from videographer Johnny Wilson. Still, because it's just a sample, we’re not positive if this is the exact color blocking that will end up on the retail version of the colorway.
Featuring a full coat of soft suede, like most pairs of the SB Forces we’ve seen, the Light Chocolate colorway is covered in brown from toe to heel. The pair adds black to the Swoosh, laces, heel tab, midsole, and tongue tag. It’s not exactly the same, but the pair is definitely giving us memories of the soft brown suede Nike SB Dunk Low Mocha/Tweed from 2007. Of course, since this is a Nike SB Air Force 1, expect the retooled midsole for better boardfeel and extra padding on the tongue and sockliner.
The Nike SB Air Force 1 Low Light Chocolate will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select Nike SB retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120. For all the latest Nike SB news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
