For how much Nike has pushed the Air Max 95 over the past year and change, it's a wonder we’re still seeing new, unique updates to the iconic silhouette. On the latest interpretation, Nike takes a streamlined, futuristic approach, doing away with the iconic wavy side panels in favor of rippling TPU strips.
The Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Tech Black looks pretty standard from the front, despite the tough, textured leather material swap on the black T-toe. From there, the material switches to sleek steel blue armored mesh on the side panels with three thin, raised, wavy see-through strips replacing the typical side panels. Honestly, it works well and looks better than the description sounds.

Steel grey is added to the lace loops and sockliner, with more of the side panel blue shade added to the top of the tongue. A black midsole matches the T-toe, and clear Air bubbles complete the gorpcore look.
The Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Tech Black will be released Summer 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $200. For all the latest Nike Air Max 95 news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
