When Nike dropped the original Panda Dunk back in 2021, they probably had no idea they were about to unleash a cultural phenomenon. Everywhere you looked, from the streets of Shoreditch to the subways of SoHo, absolutely everyone had a pair on foot. And while the legendary colorway isn't as hyped as it once was, four years on, we're still celebrating its legacy with fresh spins like the Nike Dunk Low Panda Olive.
Funny thing is, when the OG Panda first dropped back in the day, it was officially known as the Black White. The American sportswear company never publicly acknowledged the cuddly nickname that sneakerheads had affectionately given it. But clearly, the Swoosh hears all – and with the Olive Panda, they’re finally leaning into the idea.
