The 2025-26 NBA season is almost here. In between the Oklahoma City Thunder’s win over the Indiana Pacers in seven and now, various footwear brands and NBA athletes have rolled out their latest signature sneaker, including Ja Morant. His Grizzlies couldn’t get past the eventual champions, getting swept by OKC, but there was a highlight moment for Morant. Nike debuted his latest signature sneaker, the Ja 3, just before Memphis’ series against the Thunder, and since then, the model has become a bona fide hit for hoopers and sneakerheads. While we have plenty of pairs to look forward to in the coming months, like the Christmas-themed rendition and a Valentine’s Day-friendly Pink Foam, Sole Retriever can confirm that in Summer 2026, Kool-Aid will collaborate on a Ja 3 colorway.
As of this writing, there are no images of the Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 3, but we do know the official color scheme. The pair features lemon venom, light photo blue, deep royal blue, light green spark, pink beam, and hyper pink colors. How they’ll be used is a mystery, but with all these vibrant shades, it’s likely that the pair will reference multiple Kool-Aid flavors.
Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 Mixed Berry (2025)
Ja Morant’s signature sneaker line with Nike is no stranger to Kool-Aid. Earlier in 2025, the beverage company and The Swoosh teamed up for two different Nike Ja 2 colorways, one themed after the Tropical Punch flavor and another after the Mixed Berry flavor. Both pairs marked the end of the Ja 2 lifecycle, and with the Ja 3 Kool-Aid expected in Summer 2026, it’s very possible this collab could mark the final chapter for the silhouette before moving on to the next model.
