It wouldn’t be a Ja Morant rollout without a black colorway. The Memphis Grizzlies’ star is towards the top of the list when it comes to the NBA’s black Air Force 1 energy, so it's only right that his latest signature silhouette brings the Darth Vader vibes. This time around, Morant adds splashes of cobalt blue and metallic silver to offset the black.
The Nike Ja 4 Dark Mode features a black base across the one-piece armored upper, with slight hits of silvery grey dotting the diamond-scaled texture. The Swoosh and the A-shaped stabilizer that create the JA monogram on the side panel are done in metallic silver, so shiny that they act as mirrors.

More silver flashes on the vamp, where Morant’s jersey number 12 is split between the left and right shoes, also shine. Bits of cobalt blue are added to the side panel support and the JA tongue logo for slight hits of color. From the front, though, the pair is ready for war in a pitch-black shade.
The Nike Ja 4 Dark Mode will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in adult and grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $130 for adult pairs and $115 for the kids' sizes.
