The Air Force 1 is the ultimate compliment to any outfit. With an infinite rolodex of colorways, there are endless ways to match your hat and shirt thanks to Bruce Kilgore’s masterpiece. But have you ever matched your jeans to your shoes? Kobe did it back in 2006 and that pair finally dropped after two decades. But for all my 2000s people that rocked the waxed Platinum Fubu back in the shiny denim days, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Blue Patent Denim is for you. If you ever got Jiggy Wit It or hit the Bankhead Bounce during its heyday, you’re going to be familiar with the glossy look.
The silhouette is dressed to the nines with a patent leather build, given a classic denim look like a shining pair of Levis. The stitching throughout the silhouette stays true to the theme, adding in a hint of golden brown like a well crafted pair of jeans. The flaxen shade is added to the tongue tag and heel as well as the eyelets, making them appear to look like rivets. The heel of the shoe features white piping on each side of the tab because the cool kids used to cuff their jeans or do the rubber band trick. Wrapping up the patent leather pair is a semi-translucent off-white midsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Blue Patent Denim releases Fall 2026 via Nike and select retailers online and in-stores. Available in unisex sizes, the retail price is set at $130. For the latest news in the world of streetwear and sneakers, including Nike, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
