It’s still early in the Major League Baseball season, but the NL Central is sneakily one of the more contentious divisions in the game. With only four and a half games separating the first-place Reds and last-place Pirates, anyone could go on a run and make waves towards the playoffs. For the Milwaukee Brewers, who sit two games over .500, maybe a new pair of shoes is all they need to kick it into high gear.
The Nike Air Max 1 City Connect Brewers is the latest collab pair from Nike and MLB, bringing The Swoosh’s new set of alternate jerseys to the sneaker side of the catalog. Following Air Max 1 colorways from the Padres, Braves, and division rival Pirates, the Brewers pair pours up a frosty mug of Milwaukee pride in two shades of blue suede.
Starting with a Cream City color of mesh on the toebox and side panel base, the toe and bottom half of the side panels, and heel are covered in navy suede, while the top part of the paneling switches to a lighter shade to match the City Connect jerseys. A vintage Brewers logo featuring the shape of the state of Wisconsin is added to the tongue tags and a rainbow gradient border on the side panel Swooshes finishes the colorway.
The Nike Air Max 1 Brewers City Connect will be released Summer 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $150. For all the latest Nike MLB news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
