Nike has been showing out for its NCAA Football programs since before the season started. Sending packs of PE Vaporposites to its top-tier schools, The Swoosh is keeping that same energy as the season moves on, dropping matching Foamposites for fans, and now, a similar set of matching Max 90 Vapor cleats and Air Max 90s.
The Nike Air Max 90 Ohio State arrives at the same time as the Max 90 Vapor cleats, and with a matching colorway with Buckeye details. Just like the Vaporposite cleat and Foamposite Pro, the Ohio State PEs bring as much Columbus energy as possible, with “Defend the Shoe” on the tongue tag representing Ohio State’s Horseshoe stadium, and “Fight to the End” in the same Old English font on the insoles.

Starting with a blanket of shaggy red suede on the toebox and upper panels, the tongue switches to red mesh, with black leather on the mudguard adding repeating tonal square graphics across the panels. The Swoosh switches to a mirrored silver shine with black teeth adding some bite to the colorway, and a Cuban link chain lace dubrae on the bottom.
The Nike Air Max 90 Ohio State will be released November 3, 2026 through Sole Classics in-store and online, followed by a global release for Holiday 2026. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $140. To keep up with all the latest Nike NCAA PE news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
