Devin Booker is the perfect signature athlete. The Phoenix Suns star might not have a championship ring yet, but in a world full of supposed sneakerhead athletes, Book’s is the real deal, taking care to craft his Nike signature line with stories that actually mean something to him, personally.
The latest Nike Book 2 colorway brings the line back to his home state, once again paying tribute to Michigan, this time with a celebration of one of the state’s favorite athletes: Hall of Fame boxer Joe Louis.
The Nike Book 2 Iron Fist is a metallic silver colorway that takes after the Iron Fist statue in front of Hart Plaza on Detroit’s Woodward Ave. Just like the suspended fist punching into the city, the Book 2 colorway is a monochrome masterpiece that shines with Detroit pride and black details on the lace loops and laces, before giving way to an icy blue outsole. On the insole sits a map of Detroit.
The Nike Book 2 Iron Fist will be released September 2, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $145. For all the latest Nike Book 2 news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
