Devin Booker has spent his entire NBA career playing for the Phoenix Suns, and he’s made Arizona his home. But beyond the Batcave-style mansion in the desert full of sneakers, cars, and gigantic dogs, the All-Star guard has always remained true to his home state of Michigan, especially when it comes to his baseball fandom.
The Nike Book 2 Detroit is the latest pair from Booker’s signature Nike line to pay tribute to Detroit in general, and the hometown Tigers specifically. The Skubal sneakers feature a full foot of deep blue to match the Tigers’ uniforms, with a “D” in Olde English font at the lateral heel just like the team’s on-field New Eras.

After breaking out a black pair of Nike Book 1s with a Detroit Lions logo, crafting a collection of Blazer Lows in Tigers colors also with the Detroit “D” on the heel, and a recent pair in orange tiger stripes, Booker’s latest pair keeps his 313 love rolling. Beyond the matte blue upper and white branding accents, the Swoosh shines in dark blue patent, and an icy blue outsole sits underfoot.
The Nike Book 2 Detroit will be released July 8, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $155. For all the latest Nike Basketball news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
