The NBA has been playing prime-time Christmas Day games since 1947, just a year after the league was launched. And when LeBron James suits up later this month for the evening game against Steph Curry and the Warriors, he’ll play his 20th Yuletide game, extending his already NBA record 19 Christmas games played.
The Nike LeBron 23 Stocking Stuffer pays tribute to ‘Bron’s 11-8 career record on Christmas Day, making him the player with the most games played and most wins on Santa’s busiest day of the year; or as Nike put it, “ the only person outworking Father Christmas on 25 Dec is the King.” The colorway combines an iridescent blue toe and reinforced side panels for some tinsel-like sheen, and a red upper with a flannel pajama print. The outsole is a glowing slime green, and the tongue is purple for more holiday cheer.
Nike is bringing LeBron’s legacy straight to his sneakers with the 23, crafting 23 colorways inspired by unique moments and memories from his career. Bundling all of his Christmas Day games into one, LeBron’s presence on our TVs after Christmas dinner has been a constant for the past 19 years, and whenever he retires, it will definitely leave a distinct hole in the holiday.
The Nike LeBron 23 Stocking Stuffer will be released December 26, 2025 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in adult and grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $210 for men’s sizes and $165 for GS pairs. To stay up on every new Nike LeBron drop, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
