Some running shoes just look faster than others. It can be the contours of the sole, a two-inch high foam stack, or extra thin material of the upper, but sometimes, all it takes to shave a few seconds off a shoe is to switch up the colorway. That’s exactly what happens on the latest pair of Nike Pegasus Premium, with Racer Blue accents on the heel giving the silhouette a significantly speedier feel.
The Nike Pegasus Premium CM White Racer Blue starts simple enough, adding white mesh and ripstop fabric to the two sections of the upper separated by a thick strip of reflective fabric. Black branding accents are added to the lateral side Swoosh and mini Swoosh on the vamp, and the AIR branding on the medial side.

Like most of Nike’s performance running shoes, the real story starts with the sole. Split into three sections, the ZoomX foam layer at the top is white to keep consistent with the upper, the Zoom Air layer in the middle is see-through clear, but the ReactX foam at the bottom gets a unique diagonal blue and white stripe pattern that adds a pop of Speed Racer energy. The same blue and white striped design is added to the tongue tag.
The Nike Pegasus Premium CM White Racer Blue will be released Summer 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $230. For all the latest Nike Running news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
